selected surahs integrated to teach
critical thought and evoke wonder.

Arabic & Qur’anic Arabic

Tajweed, recitation, and language
comprehension by studying words
and phrases repeated in the Qur'an.

Fitness & Self-Defense

Active movement and guided training
for building discipline and skill while
having fun and breaking a sweat.
